well i used to do zumba and did well with that however i got bored lol so now i do tae bo its great very high energy which is good to burn those lbs before you tone up and it has sections for toning up too good luck xxxx

thats exsactly what i was thinking, too many carbs in your previous days, i'd recomend eating less carbs AND stready your callorie intake through the day, for exsample in the morning and lunch have the more callories and a light tea that way your having the most in morning and lunch and it burnes longer before the next day…

i was recomended by a nurse practisioner exercise 5 days a week and have 2 days off and i don see a problem with a hour in the morning and a hour in the evening but be careful not to over work yourself as you can do more damage than good

you'll find that because your eating less than 1200 calories your going into starvation mode an are not loosing the weight because of that you may even gain weight, i'd recomend buying some buiscuits and lots of fruit, i often fin it hard to get to 1200 cals too but i'll have a hotchcolate and a apple or buiscuit to add up…

oooo i just found the zumba fitness 2 on wii going to buy it next week so i can do zumba 1 one day and zumba 2 the next day lol

I do Zumba on the wii 5 times a week for 20 mins and 13 mins on the wii fit, i love it and look forward to doing it every day lol today is my day off from exercising but i really wanna do it but know if i over do it i'll do myself a injury so its going to be hard to not do it today lol anyone add me if your a zumba lover…
