need to eat something that is low carb, low protine and low

fat but has about 50-100 calories any ideas?

    Do you realize that all calories come from either fat, protein, or carbohydrates? The only option is alcohol. So a shot of something will do.

    Otherwise have a veggie

    If its to stay within your targets, go over on protein. The settings on MFP are quite low for that, and it's very hard to have too much of it. I'd have a few crab sticks, or a slice of ham.
