hi all i was wondering has anyone ever had a flaby pouch from having children/ c section, has anyone got rid of it? i am working very hard to try to get rid of it but i just don't know if you can please some advise on get rid of the fla would be greatfull

    bump. I have the same issue. Have a kid and lost weight but can't seem to get rid of the pouch. Doing P90x now but still in the early stages. Hoping the ab ripper will show me some results.
