December 1st is tomorrow, Saturday, not Sunday. Just don't want you to start a day behind. I am also starting tomorrow.

I eat constantly. I try not to think about it in terms of meals. I keep healthy foods around me all day. So when I want a little something I have a handful of soybeans or if I want something bigger I will have string cheese and grapes.

I am a high school teacher and my students constantly tell me my breakfast is "nasty" ... chunky peanut butter mixed in vanilla Greek yogurt.
