Hi just found this group. I walked 145 miles in May between outdoor walking and Walk Away the Pounds indoors. I really pushed myself and don't expect to keep up this pace! I have a lot of yard work to do in June and I'll certainly be moving!

I've been following Leslie for years and have quite a few vhs tapes and now dvd's. I love the variety and it's easy to keep up with her.

I've been doing the ACV on & off for a while and it may have helped curb my appetite. My stomach seems pretty flat when I take it a few days in a row. 2 tablespoons in 8 oz water. Drink it down then rinse my mouth right away.

I've been doing Leslie Sansone for years and never had lot of weight to lose. They help keep me in shape and give me energy. Some are more intense than others. If I'm home a lot, I do various tapes during the day to get 5 miles in which is about 10,000 steps.

5 miles WATP today brings my total to 95 miles TidyTinTin- I've seen your 4 mile Super Challenge listed and I looked thru my dvd's and found it. Wow that's quite a workout. Did that this morning and just did the 1 mile. Think I'll put the 4 mile in my rotation!

I have a few dvd's that use weighted balls, cuffs. I'm also starting to jog more (boosted walking) when she's just stepping in place or forward/back.
