I tell you Catwalking....it will give you a hellava workout! I know it does me. Today I really increased my intensity and burned 505 calories where I normally burn around 430.0 -

At least you're still walking! No worries, you'll get it next month. Which I was hoping you'd do another 85 mile challenge next month. I went from walking 3 to 4 miles a day to enter into this challenge and I'm definitely not ready to increase to 5 miles yet.0 -
