I think I am back on track now but I am not going to make the challenge. I plan on another 85 mile challenge next month!

    TidyTinTin- I've seen your 4 mile Super Challenge listed and I looked thru my dvd's and found it. Wow that's quite a workout. Did that this morning and just did the 1 mile. Think I'll put the 4 mile in my rotation!

    I tell you Catwalking....it will give you a hellava workout! I know it does me. Today I really increased my intensity and burned 505 calories where I normally burn around 430.

    At least you're still walking! No worries, you'll get it next month. Which I was hoping you'd do another 85 mile challenge next month. I went from walking 3 to 4 miles a day to enter into this challenge and I'm definitely not ready to increase to 5 miles yet.
