Read the previous comments. I am obese right now in this point in my life. Also I want to add that I suffer from severe sciatica and another reason for this medication is to help take the excess weight off of my back.

Thank you for sharing!! If you're referring to my profile picture as skinny, I was then. That was my last transformation. 3 years down the road I've had another baby, and comfortable in my married life :/ I'm hoping this will kick start me and I know how to do it from then on out :)

Thank you! I have done this all before. Losing approx. 60 pounds 3 years ago. I am aware of how to do it and I started it again but with little to no luck. This is why my doctor prescribed me this to kick start and then I'm hoping I can continue and maintain again.

Hi concerned pals! (Regarding my profile picture) that was from my first transformation 3 years ago. I've since had another baby and my metabolism has slowed quit a bit so this time around I haven't been able to do it like I did last time. I am technically obese. Weighing 185 and I'm 5'2. Hope this clears that up!

Oh, girl. My ex of 5 years was sleeping with my best friend in our home (This was recent.. like 2 weeks ago). He told me a few months ago I needed to lose weight. Now, I know why. but I did it anyways AND he doesn't have me anymore! I totally know what you mean! <3

I totally feel you on this. I've lost 30 pounds and it's like everything is looking so great except my lower stomach. I work it so much and I hardly see any results. Like you said, it just sags down there. I don't really have any advice for it other than keep working your lower abdominal area and you'll get there.

I've recently starting seeing a difference in my clothes. I've lost 30 pounds. Also; If you have what they call a "proportionate" body type you may not notice weight loss so quickly because it's so spread out. But keep going and you'll get there! :D

I think it's more important to count calories. I forget the name of this doctor who did a study where he ate like 1600 calories of Twinkies a day to see if eating healthy foods or lowering calories was more important. I agree with everyone else. You lose a lot of weight in the beginning. I think I lost 9 pounds my very first week. Mostly water I'm sure.

This is awesome! You can def. do it. It's so rewarding. As of my weigh in today I've lost 30 pounds and it feel so great. Good luck to you and don't give up!
