time of the month , munchies...any ideas/suggestions???

LADIES: its that time.... and as you well know your appetite is a nuclear explosion waiting to happen:explode: ....
any suggestions as to some low cal munchies???
I had a 500 calorie overage today by eating my regular meals AND 2 bowls of cereal with skim milk as my munchies :frown:
its been 11 days since my last big overage and that was valentines day/eve.. and 11 before that... usually just on special occasions or times like now.
the days when I have that much overage they make me feel really bad about myself when the day is done :sad:
any suggestions would be appreciated....

I can't help but I can relate. Its that time for me to and I really want chocolate, juicy burgers, & soda.
That probably just made it worst for you, huh? lol.

Naaaaa, i eat like 5 M & M (only 5 cal per piece by the way) to kill the chocolate craving...
i do coke zero or sprite zero for the soda...
the burger.. yes yes yes id love one...but the burger...there really iz no substitution for a big juicy cheeseburger.... im going to try and do a 1/4pound 80/20 on my george forman and see how it goes.0 -
I just ignore the cravings. Have diet cherry vanilla dr pepper.0

Sunchips. About 15 chips is like 130cal. I always count mine out and put them on a plate/napkin before eating them and it looks like a mountain. Also: Nuts.0

Try this OMG I am in love.
Thin sliced sirloin about 4 oz. or 3 slices I doesn't sound like a lot but hear me out.
Sprinkle with bread dip seasoning( the kind that you mix w/ olive oil)
broil for 2 minutes on high (make sure you preheat)
Take 3oz of shredded skim mozzarella cheese and fry it in a flat circle.
don't add oil the fat from the cheese will oil the pan. make sure you sped it thin.
turn when it has browned. cook the opposite side as well. (Temp should be Med High)
When done you can layer it with the steak and fresh veggies like toes, onions, lettuce or sauteed veggies, like mushrooms, cauliflower, onions and peppers.
It is right around 500 cal and you will be so full you won't want that next snack.0 -
I eat a bag of popcorn, low-cal and you get a lot to munch on. A whole bag usually is just over 100 calories. Also Philadelphia just came out with chocolate cream cheese. They come in individual packaging and taste like chocolate cheese cake. It"s 110 per serving, but paired with a cup of strawnerries, it's so good!0

I usually will have a tablespoon of marshmallow cream. 2 tablespoons is only 40 calories. Its so sweet I can't eat but one tablespoon. Its also so sweet it makes you not want anything sweet for a while.0
