I use a Garmin forerunner for both cycling and running and I love it. I had been using endomondo on my iphone but was suspect of the calorie burns. The Garmin with HRM is awesome and I trust the calorie burns. I upload the data to Strava which is much cooler than Garmin connect.

I agree. I always go to Juniors in Brooklyn for a breakfast followed by Cheesecake at least once when I'm in town. It is worth the trip and a short walk from the subway.

I was in the same race as Midschool22 this weekend. It was a blast and the race had a great feature called "heckle hill" where all the racers from the other categories gathered to "encourage" the 4b racers (last race of the day). It was supposed to be ridden but by the time we got to it everyone ran it. The mud was way too thick to ride the bumps.

I raced the 4b race today in Carpentersville, IL. There were rain showers, thunder storms, and tornado warnings throughout the day and the Cat 1/2/3 race was canceled due to weather.
