Just one? Pizza, ice cream, dark chocolate, beer. Sorry, was that more than one?

    Good Ice cream

In reality if something is "bad" for you would depend on if you have any intolerance or medical reasons to avoid something and/or in what amount your consuming said food

Exactly. It's all about portions when it comes to indulgences.

For me it is dark chocolate. The darker the better. I like the 90% cacao blends. A little of it goes a long way to satisfy me.

A tablespoon of dark chocolate chips with a handful of raw almonds. Eating this in the late afternoon will keep away all the unhealthy evening cravings and add healthy fats and antioxidants.
  • I just Googled Walden Farms Products and there is NO Calorie Alfredo Sauce and other things!! I don't understand??
  • Whoops sorry all - was replying real quick before I left work and didn't take time to read the whole thread.

And Ill say dark chocolate, avocado and more recently, hummus. =)

Avocados and raw almonds. Good sources of fat and protein, but moderation is the key!

Bad is subjective, really. My bad is anything with copious amounts of sugar. I can't stop eating whatever it's even if I don't like it.

I'm gonna go with earl grey tea with turbinado sugar. Mmmmm

Walden farms alfredo sauce & dremfield's pasta. Sauce has 0 calories, pasta has 5 net carbs. Throw in some broccoli and chicken/fish/shrimp and it's my favorite dinner. EVER.

I have never heard of either. Do you get them at the grocery store or a health food store? I am obsessed with alfredo - that's been the hardest part of eating healthy.

Hot herbal teas. I drink decaf green tea during the day. Chamomile tea whenever I need to relax. It's comforting. :)

Tea is how I get through the day. When I'm hungry in the afternoon I drink 32 ounces of water and then reward myself for consuming half of my water with a cup of hot tea. Takes the hunger away in an instant. Such a good tip!
