Welcome back :) I am! I was away from any sign of being healthy. I wasn't working out, I wasn't eating well, I was gaining weight and moping around. I haven't been doing this well since like 2011. My TDEE set me at 1600, taking into account that I exercise. MFP has me at 1550 without the exercise calories, so if I eat those wouldn't I be going over what TDEE says? Sorry, still learning all this :P

I currently have MFP set that I want to lose 35 pounds, and I want to lose 1 pound a week. This gives me 1550 a day and I don't eat exercise calories. On the IIFYM calculator you posted it set me at 1600 for fat loss (I am sedentary, work out moderately 4 days a week for average of 30 minutes. So I guess I'm doing ok!…

Click on food (on the top bar) and then settings under that category and then at the bottom of that page you can change this setting from private to friends only or public, so everyone here can look at it and offer advice. I lost 2.4 pounds this week!!! *happy dance* I'm so happy and feeling so pumped now!!! I've never really given MFP a chance before and always thought I had to use a diet like WW. But after a week with a small loss, and then some adjusting to calories and macros, I LOST! It not only works, but I'm doing it!
