If your stuck cut out alcohol and refined sugars for a week or two and see what happens. Plus if you are new to working out you are probably retaining a bunch of water.

I took Scivation Xtend for awhile didn't really notice any difference.

I agree with everyone to few calories. Your also eating too much protein you only need 1 gram per pound of lean body mass the rest of your macro's should be figured off that. We are about the same weight and I am cutting at 2500 cals. Being in such a large deficit and lifting your body wont be able to keep up after awhile.
