  • Im starting tomorrow as well. lets get it done.
  • I use the Polar FT-4 and it has worked great fot me. it doesnt have all the bells and whisles but it works fine for what I need. it tracks calories and heart rate.
  • not to me. I bought it early on and it was and continues to be very buggy (almost unusable) just my 2cents.
  • It wouldn't be too hard to convert it to vegan. Im sure as a vegan you are very used to adapting meals to your needs. What I would do. is try to stick to the Macro counts on the program and try to get 30/40/30 so the port/fat portion should be easy enough its 30/30 so beans and lentils will be your best friend here. and…
  • I wanted to check in on everyone and see how everyone is doing on their journey. I am back after a 2 week rest period and now Im starting t25 with my wife who needed some encouragement. I started tonight with cardio and man t25 is murder on the legs lol. Im actually looking forward to getting back to x3 after this program…
  • lol I do love that challenge workout. I usually have a hard time drying my hair after the shower :)
  • welcome guys. always great to get some new members in here. stick with it it is a great program I'm down to my last week and a half on this round.it has really been a success I have dropped over 10% body fat already. I plan on another round (however my wife is trying to talk me into doing t25 with her for motivation so I…
  • trio today whew. lol I wish I had some cookies sometimes lol
  • looks like MMX today for me whew haven't done this one in a while so it should be fun yikes. I too am doing a tune up on my eating. I wasn't eating bad through the first blocks but had a couple slip-ups and was also eating a lot of pro tine bars and stuff to supplement. I am going back to a more whole food approach for the…
  • either way will be fine doubles or sat and sunday. I had a killer workout tonight 485 calories down and I am a sweaty mess. I am glad I decided to do this week over from last week. I was in a workout slump last week and didn't get all my workouts in and the ones I did do I felt lacked motivation. but Im back and kicking it…
  • I don't know if I already posted this here or not lol. But last week was crazy for me and I had to miss a few workouts. I decided to just do that week over so Im now back to my first week of block 3 . Still loving the program just don't want to short change my results. keep up the good work and welcome newcomers. make sure…
  • Shane, I would say there was a noticable difference from block 1, not huge but deffinately did better. hell I had the 3.4 run all the way till the last 3 seconds. plyo puchups were a little easier and my jumps were quite a bit further and with much softer landings. all in all I enjoyed the workout much more than I did in…
  • in block 3 now. did agility x today felt pretty good. I am playing catch up a little because I couldn't get my workout in yesterday so Im making that my rest day this week and will continue through sunday. hope everyone is till on track and pushing it hard. keep up the post everyone. they help me quite a bit.
  • I think some on here do extra cardio. I would just say be careful and don't over do it and get injured. you won't drop any weight hurt. also make sure to eat I found its just as bad to have too big a calorie deficit as it is to have too little.
  • decelerator done 1st day of block 3 wowwwza. I think I may need to break out the rug doctor lol
  • So I said I would post my results at the end of each block and here goes. I have dropped 16 lbs and 16" over all. excited to move into block 3 on monday. keep up the good work everyone.
  • Yoga done. Feeling much better now. Dynamix tomorrow and then off to block 3 with decelerator (Yikes).
  • Nice work man. I have had the same experience on my first block. its amazing how well this program works for such a short amount of time. I will try to post my block 2 results tomorrow morning. Im ready for block 3 ( or at least I think I am) and am already thinking about my second round of x3. Keep up the awesome work and…
  • Seems like everyone is doing great work. I have CVX tonight and am strangely stoked for it. I actually really like that workout. anyways just about done with transition week I have yoga and dynamix left then off to block 3. I am excited for pics as well just to see if there has been a change this month. next block looks…
  • I have basically the same burns mine swing from 200-250 on yoga and goes up from there. My higest was about 525 on something I cant remember but prob warrior or something like that. the people burning much lower are either much lighter or not pushing themselves to their max. however usually it relates to the first one.
  • Its kind of hard to give you a great anwser on this because it varies so much from excercise to excercise. I am currently using Powerblocks which are adjustable weights that range from 5-60 lbs. most of the time im usually in the 30-40 wheelhouse but for some of the excercises im lucky to get 10's like monkey pump in block…
  • I feel like that 3.4 run is prob a running joke at BB. No one I have talked to or in groups with keep up with it. I don't think even the people on the dvd keep up with it. I for one stick to it as far as I can then just freestyle the rest. I figure as long as Im moving fast and random directions Im getting the spirit of…
  • wow awesome work keep it up rwalker1173. if that doesn't give you motivation I don't know what will.
  • Welcome thergj I think you will enjoy the program many people have been seeing great results with it. as for the BB supplements. thats just how they work but you definitely don't need them to be successful. I have only used their MRP (not the shakeology one) and I only use it on occasion if I have skipped a meal or just…
  • yup its 7 days a week however on the sundays that are dynamix days it can be rest or dynamix. dynamix is a good stretch (well more than a stretch tbh) but I do it most weeks and have taken off maybe 2. just depends on what your body is telling you.
  • Will do Phatman. I did take yesterday as an actual rest day vs Dynamix. however one of my nemisis workouts are today ISOMETRICS lol. I dont know why but it burns so bad. anyways im now offically in transition week of block 2 moving into block 3. looks like its gonna be a crazy 5-6 weeks but Im down. Oh and Phatman why dont…
  • Oh yea and Skinnywhitt I do feel you on the nutrition thing I am a Huntsville AL native very hard to keep on track with all that good southern food arround lol
  • Welcome skinnywitt. Glad to have you. You will definately get some encourgement here as well as any tims and tricks we have learned along the way. dont worry your yoga will get better. If I can even halfway do it then there is hope for anyone lol. without a doubt fix the nutrition as it is over 80% of your fitness goal.…
  • don't feel bad about a bottle of wine Im about to do that here in a few. Im taking today as a rest day but will be in transition tomorrow. block 3 looks daunting but I'm in it for the long haul. Im already planning out my second round.
  • I think you will be surprised by the change as long as you push yourself the whole 30 min. I haven't measured myself this month but at the 30 day mark I had dropped 10 inches and 10 lbs. I am now getting close to the end of block 2 and my weight is about 15 lbs down and body fat from beginning to now has dropped about 8%…
