  • I don't usually eat my exercise calories.... and I sometimes struggle to go over 1200 calories since a lot of foods I like that are lower in sat. fats are also fairly low in calories. I do always make sure to get at least to 1200 though even if I have to force myself to eat something else - like a banana or something.
  • Exactly - 575mg times 16 Tablespoons in a cup is 9200mg sodium in a cup. lol. You misread what I wrote: I was saying how much sodium is in the entire cup compared to others. So just 1 Tablespoon of the substitute recipe I listed will have just slightly less than 8mg :)

I saw a few things that I really like had a TON of sodium and then looked for what is "similar" to satisfy cravings I might get and saw taco bell for instance has some decent choices on their fresco menu and even the crunchy taco isn't all that horrible.
