Changing cups into Tablespoons....

I thought this might be helpful to others, I was making a healthy pizza recipe and needed only 1 Tablespoon of pizza sauce for my little sandwich thins.... and the serving size is 1/4 cup. So I found out:
There are 16 TABLESPOONS in 1 cup according to wikipedia.
So, 1/4 cup would be 4 Tablespoons.... so I put .25 of a serving of pizza sauce in my recipe counter! WHOO HOO!
It really really helps to know all the details when you're working with sodium content! Between that and putting 12 pepperonis instead of the full serving of 17 saved me a little over 1,000mgs! And the pizza was AWESOME! I ate it tonight
