Usually 300-500 Calories under your Maintence Level of Calories is the General Rule i go by. It depends if you work out, run, ect... Then it may be more if thats the case.

Ya my biggest advice would be no pop at all if you can. I used to weigh like 270 pounds i cut out all pop and lost like 15 20 pounds within 2 to 3 weeks. I only drink water and milk now. It can really speed up and help out your weight loss. haseo15

My max per day is like 1610 calories a day and ive lost like 6-8 pounds a week before and lost like 100 pounds in like 5 or 6 months i think. Something like that. Thanks, Cody Perry
