I think everyone is different. I seem to do the best when I'm low carb'ing...but I do low (healthy) carbs and good protein and that makes a difference. I'm not tired- I still have energy. :)

I would love to start (I have the 30 day shred)- but not yet...I have a bad sinus infection/sore throat and haven't been able to exercise for the past few days. :(

I have no idea- I've never gotten anything at Starbucks..I guess I'll just make a note down in the box for today. I'm thinking it's probably still heavy in calories and carbs because it tasted soooo good lol.

I have been eating 1/2 cup Quaker oats everyday since I began MFP. I like it simple- I put in 1 tablesoon raisins, sprinkle of cinnamon and cook for 2 mins in the microwave. I then add 1 packet of splenda.

Did not even think of researching nutritional info. Yes, I have access to all the recipes. 12 dishes total are made each class and we have to try all of them. Now I will be going into class prepared on just how unhealthy it all is and try not to join in too much, lol!! The class runs from 4:30-10:30 every Monday night.…

And of course these dishes are not low fat, low calorie, etc. No consideration is taken at all to make any of it healthy. LOL. But it sure tastes amazingly good!!:laugh:

Well, my main reason I'm on here is to stay accountable with what I eat and make myself exercise more. ( I would love to shed 10 lbs. though)...I had joined last year, but never logged on or anything...so as of Jan. 1st this year, I recreated my account and rejoined. I'm addicted to MFP.

Funny that you asked this. It was just yesterday that I took a B-complex vitamin in the morning with breakfast and by noon I felt like I was about to flip-out...I was all jittery and felt really crappy. I guess if it works for you, but I will stay away.

Hey Deb! I belonged to MFP last year, but didn't do anything with it. As of the 1st of this year I have been posting, friending, asking questions. Don't feel bad- you aren't the only one...I have been under my calories everyday and worked out, but the scale has not budged. It is very frustrating. I'm impatient by nature though- this is only day 5 for me. So I will just keep at it and maybe I'll lose SOMETHING. :(
