Logging calories you are unsure about...

I have a friend who works in a coffee kiosk...she made me a drink that is made with sugar free/fat free malt powder, sugar free/fat free caramel, etc. with a little whip cream and drizzle chocolate syrup. It's a frozen drink but I have no idea how to log it in with my daily foods...any suggestions? Should I bother guessing or what? She makes this for me once in a while...

is it similar to anything that could be found at say, starbucks? that would be my only guess...search for something similiar with a brand name

I have no idea- I've never gotten anything at Starbucks..I guess I'll just make a note down in the box for today. I'm thinking it's probably still heavy in calories and carbs because it tasted soooo good lol.

I would suggest picking something like a latte and logging it as this, then add the whipped cream. It will only be an estimate - but then so are lots of the things we enter!

Try estimating as best as you can!
See if you can remember what was in it, and log the best matches to it :)

I always just ballpark stuff like that. and I try to put something in that might have more calories than less than what I consumed, just in case I screwed it up. but maybe next time she makes it you could get her to write stuff down and you could make a meal or food out of it? :)
