Brioche. I work in a bakery, it's incredibly hard to not eat all the samples they want us to try every day as they experiment.

I make my own with milk or almond milk, half a cup of greek yogurt, frozen berries or a banana, and a couple scoops of whey protein powder that I just buy in the bulk bin at the health food store.

He works 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, I work a split (sometimes 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and sometimes 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm). It's pretty difficult. He gets home and wants to be asleep by 9pm, I get home and want to stay up and do stuff around the house, watch tv, etc until 2am. I disturb his sleep when I come to bed, he disturbs mine…

Good shoes but not brand new, stay on the right (just like driving), bring water and sunglasses, an mp3 player is a must.

My goal for March is 100 miles. I work out on the treadmill and bike at the gym. I typically do 2 miles on the treadmill and then as much as I can on the bike. Recovering from a knee injury 3 weeks ago so the going is slow.

Did the treadmill and bike in pyjama pants today. Does that count as being lazy?
