Just finished day 1 level 1. Reminded me how much my knees and I hate jumping jacks. HRM logged 335 calories including warm up and cool down. I am still sweaty and wobbly. I really hope to finish the whole program this time because I have never made it past level 1 :)

I enjoyed workouts 1 and 2 and burned about 285 calories each time. Cardio 1 today kicked my @&$!

Abs start in the kitchen. Eat clean with lean protein, fruits, veggies and whole grains and steer clear of processed foods.

Definitely check with your doctor, but I have had luck taking the albuterol before exercising and started my exercise journey (almost 100 lbs ago) just by walking. Even small movement helps.

I've had the same problem...worked 81 hrs this week :(. But I plan to get back on it tomorrow. I need the stress release, for sure!

I'm Tara and I live in Texas. I have 3 kids: 16, 13, and 19 months. Though I previously lost 120 lbs with diet and exercise, having a baby at 40 kicked my *kitten* and it's taking forever to get rid of the 25 lbs I'm hanging on to. I want to finally rid myself of it all by the time swimsuit season arrives....and maintain!
