I think I'm just going to try baby steps this time. I know I need to get the water consumption right and obviously cut back on calories. Salad fills me with dread as I find it so boring unless someone else makes me one! Day 1 wasn't too bad so on with day 2 now......

Are you able to get some exercise in and 'save' some calories? That way you can splurge without feeling guilty or going over x

I bought the FT4 pretty early on in my weight loss journey and it is THE best thing I did. I got so into the calorie burn that I even wore it to bed to find out a full 24hr calorie burn! You will love it.x

I usually have 1 or 2 days where I eat, drink and be merry! I do log everything though. I try to save my exercise calories for the week for these days. That way I still keep a nice steady weight loss, and because when I look at the bigger picture I've not gone over, I also keep on track!x

If I had eaten all of my calories and didn't want to go over I used to quite simply go to bed early! It nipped the the habit in the bud although I have noticed 4 months on it's trying to creep back again. I guess it will be a few early nights again for me to keep it in check. Best of luck with it.x
