  • Made it through 1 week! And I still lost 6.4lb! Awesome. I actually think that focusing on MFP and watching what I eat has helped me to make it through any cravings I might have had. I drink plenty and have been having fruit and yogurts if I need to snack. Long may it continue :happy:
