55 yrs here been at this for over a year --- hit a major plateau for about 6 mos. then just last month the scale started to move again--- still have about 25 to go.... it is a lot harder as we get older-- but I will not give up-- the turtle did win the race--- not in a hurry -- but sure is nice that the pds started to drop…

I get the steam fresh veggies ( when I need a fast veggie, and I don't have time to prepare fresh ) and keep fresh fruit on hand-- drink lots of water to flush out the sodium :) Your doing great keep at it :)

i take greek yogurt-- lots of protein, but we also have a toaster so i can make hi fiber english muffin, also-- I would look for some low cal hi fiber/protein muffins -- pinterest is awesome for finding great recipes-- i love it

I so agree with Adini749 and the others-- don't judge -- - I have asthma and I don't run on the tread mill -- but the more I do walk on it the stronger my lungs are getting-- and some days I can almost run other days I'm lucky to move as a turtle but I'm moving --

I drive the extra miles to get farm eggs free roaming, & corn fed was what my dad always said to ask --- they are so good-- the dark yolk-- nothing in the stores compares -- enjoy !

across the top click on excercise -- then databank -- on the right u can put in cleaning in the search or vacuuming and it will come up :)

Use mine daily-- not an expensive one either-- but a good one-- I weigh my meat, potatoes & snack chips like baked tostitos, the veggie straws ect ....

For me there is nothing like Jiff -- I allow for it and enjoy every bite on my toast or english muffin-- ( hi-fiber & whole grain ) a couple times a week :) yum !! This is my weekly treat :)

A while back I ran into a long distant cousin at at funeral--- i ask-- so when is your baby due-- ( she was looking like she was ready any minute ) she replied he's 3 mos . old---- ouch !!! I have never assumed some one is pregnant since-- :) or asked :)

I LOVE peanut butter so at least 2 x's a week i figure it in--- put it :love: on my whole grain toast --- makes me so happy :)

I keep some in the house for when I need a chocolate fix-- I put the can in the freezer for about an 1/2 hr then --- yum !! So for me I use it more for a snack / treat :)

Welcome ! You will get to your goal, track your food & drink your water , the weight will just start coming off !!
