Wow, U have done an amazing job. Do U plan to continue and get lower or the up to muscle? Ur lucky to live out in the sun. No weather restrictions. Its so changable in UK at min. Never know whether its gonna rain or snow at the moment.

After a large quick weight loss I platued and was stuck at 76kg with 6kg left to loose. amazing u have done so well, we are very similar in weight then and now. i started in jan2012 at 92Kg and now sat at 75kg ( from sizee16/18 to 12/14) and not finished yet. just gone under 12st and would love to hit 11st. would be happy to share secrets and motivate. add me. x

also side bends with a dumb bell, Russian twists are a nightmare but work, its like a situp twist with a small weight or ball touching the floor either side. planks great plus can move up to planks on a core ball.

i have used the ab circle pro, highly recommend it ( as long as u have good knees to be on them for 10mins) at the moment i am using a core /balance board to improve my balance and its really working my core. a tighter core helps everything as well as making it smaller it helps posture and balance and back problems. hope…
