Am doing a Boot Camp program for 6 weeks and it's hard to figure out what individual exercises and how to log. Have the amount of calories burned per session. Any ideas???

Buy a heart rate monitor and then you can create your own exercise on here. That would be the most accurate way to do it.0

If it's like the boot camp classes I go to, the routine is different every time, so the calories burnt would be too. Last week someone asked how many calories people normally burn in the class, and the instructor suggested that they get one of those monitors because the calories burnt can be different for everyone.0

Definitely, agree with the above I find its the only way to get accuracy with every workouts0

While they are correct in that using a HRM is the most accurate way, there is one that I use called circuit training. Most people use this one for "Insanty", "P90X", or similar workouts and that would be close to what you are looking for.0
