  • Log everything, and log it accurately. Even if you go over for the day, or week.. keep logging. It will eventually just turn into a habit, and it will start to really help. I bought a food scale, it accurately measures in grams, and ounces. Most people don't have this, but i found it to be extremely useful.

  • Amazon has body fat calipers for very cheap.
  • Does your treadmill have a incline option? That will burn up a ton of calories.
