Haha I work at an accounting firm, it's small - about 6 employees all women in their 30's all with children. We have a stocked wine fridge, and baileys in the fridge. Ditto, and I'm off to a rough start this morning. I feel fine, but... I slept in, my cat ate my hearing aid ( I can't even with this one... good bye $$), I forgot my lunch, and it's so tempting to order lunch and grab a bottle from the wine fridge here at work and hunker down for the afternoon lol.

this! I use a HRM to track my calories burned when I'm working out, sometimes if I forget it I use the numbers on my treadmill because they are usually pretty in-line with what my hrm says. i don't do it but I have a friend who did and she's a huge believer. I love her facebook because in between her trying to hock her shakes she has a lot of motivational stuff,, pictures of people who have lost tons, quotes, food ideas. It seems to get great results!

I stick to 1200 calories a day, and sometimes eat them back depending on how I feel. If I'm hungry I'll eat them but if I'm not feeling hungry I don't.

I've made SO many recipes from skinny taste! They've all turned out AMAZING. All of them. I like the strawberry swirl cheesecake cause it's nice to have as a treat sometimes and low calories. Spinach roll ups tonight I'm making chicken a la criolla. Never been disappointed!
