Do you all warm up before running in the a.m.? How do you work the stiffness out of your body before a run?

I'm looking for some friends too that are similar. I will be 31 in Oct and mom of two kiddos. I have lost 33 pounds so far (it's taken me 1 1/2 years...but slow and steady, right?) I would like to lose 15 more pounds, that's why I reset my ticker. I took a 3 month hiatus and didn't gain any weight but went soft. I would…

Same story here. I have a 5yo and 2yo, work full time, wife to a farmer and live in the country so there are no gyms nearby. I am not a morning person so my kiddos go to bed at 8pm and I'm downstairs working out by 8:15. I don't get much done around the house but I feel good after my workout and I've lost 17 pounds so far…

I just ran 2 miles for the first time in my life and it felt wonderful. Can't wait to build up my endurance and run 5 miles. Great job!!!

Welcome!!! I don't hunt but my hubby does. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

That is very exciting! Congratulations!!!!! It's amazing how extra weight can throw off how your body functions.

I feel your pain. My pooch hasn't changed much. I've lost 20 pounds so far but haven't been able to change pant sizes b/c of my pooch. It's driving me crazy and is a little discouraging. But I'm sure if I keep at it, it will eventually get smaller. Good luck.

Great job! You can really see a difference throughout your whole body, especially your jawline. WTG!

I love my husband so much. We started dating right after my 17th birthday and we've been together for 13 years! I didn't think it was possible but I love him more and more each day. God has truly blessed me.

It took me about 2 to 3 months to finally start losing weight before I discovered MFP. I don't know why that is but I've been getting my calories and exercise 6 days a week and I'm still the same. Before I lost 18 pounds and still was in the same size clothes. It's frustrating but keep at it and you'll eventually see…

I made these last night and they were AMAZING! I added the avocado slices to mine and yum. DH loved them too. I can't wait to make them again. Thanks!

Kansas!!!!!!!!! Born and raised.

This gives me hope. I had 7 pounders but they still stretched me out and I had to have a c-section with my son (frank breech) and I swore my tummy was differently shaped after that...a much more pronounced hangover. I can't wait to get rid of this pooch and excess hip fat.

God Bless Moms!!!! My mom already commented that I look skinner and it's only been 2 weeks. I love her ;)

I gave up coffee b/c I like to drown my coffee with creamer. It was too many calories and fat for one cup of coffee. I miss drinking it but I don't miss the cost of buying the creamer.

I love oranges, grapefruit, bananas and pineapple! I'm not a big fruit person but I'm trying to eat more. I'll take vegetables any day.

You only need a yoga mat if you have hard floors. I don't use one since my living room is carpeted.

Holy *kitten*, that sounds painful. Congrats on building up your stomach muscles.

If you think college is rough on your weight, wait till you have children!
-
You carry your weight well. You don't look even close to 201 in the top pic and you definitely don't look like you weigh 180. Great job, girl. Keep it up.

Good luck on your weight loss journey. I can't think of a better motivator than to be the best parent and role model for your boys. I am trying to be the best mother and role model to my two children, especially my daughter. I don't want her to grow up with self esteem issues. It might be a long and difficult journey at…

You can really tell a difference. Great job! I thought I was looking at a picture of myself. We have a very similar body shape. Last year, I lost 18 pounds and I was still in the same size clothing, they just weren't as tight. It takes a lot of work for me to lose weight and for it to be noticeable. Anyway, you look…
