I dont think its a magic pill to get into Ketosis after a fall off the wagon. I think that you have to use up the glyogen or whatever it is that you put into your body before you body will move on to fat use. I also think the how fast you get back into Ketosis is relative. your calories are an issue. you may lose weight but then it will come back with force when you are "done" dieting. because eating that few calories is not really sustainable. and I would be careful saying on MFP how few calories you are eating or the calorie police will getcha.....

I bought a trader joes himilayn rock salt... and I will suck on a rock from time to time. It cures a head right quick and it sorta makes me feel better. IDK why but it does. I will especially eat it t after sitting in the hot sun all day long at my kids soccer games and sweating up a whole mess.

Thanks for the advice. i appreciate it. I guess I agree with the calories since I dont get much excersize. When I was on WW I had to reduce my points by 2 to get any results. So if I was supposed to get 30 I could only eat 28 to see the scale move. So maybe I need to adjust my calories goals....

So you take your Total carbs and subtract the Fiber and that should give you Net Carbs.... The Atkins bar is not counting Sugar Alcohols that may or may not affect you. I just posted a topic on sugar alcohols and from google I figured to 1. stay the hell away 2. they count. Hope this is helpful

If you are having trouble with your calories just up the fat... more oil on your salad... more butter with your egg... coconut oil in your coffee.... etc...just add more fat.......and you should easily hit your calories...
