If you tried it, it is very simple. For two of my meals I threw everything into a food processor and then onto a pan. Doesn't get much simpler than that!

I am the master of weight maintenance, loss is THE biggest struggle and I eat healthy and exercise. Did the 17 day diet and kicked off the loss with 8 lbs and that's all she wrote for the last 5 months

Well i would join you, but I believe in getting all the fibre from the fruit and vegetables. So i don't juice per se, but I blend! And I do smoothies once or twice daily! They may be thick, but healthy also :)

Well I started up this week with her videos. I've done a few of her exercises here and there but I'm making this a permanent thing for the next 30 days! I just jumped in and i am doing random workouts! Look around and see what exercises you like of hers and start off that way maybe. Good luck and enjoy :)
