    Hi I am new here, be proud that you are getting motivated now......I am 42...lol, and looking forward to the journey. I am stopping eating sugar and white flour today so I'm hoping to have someone to talk to as well. I wish my family were keen to do it with me but they aren't so I'm looking for support here. Inspiring reading about others who have done the no sugar thing...Diabeties is an accessory that definitely wouldn't look good on me:) Feel free to add me:)
