24000 steps..... that is fantastic! How do you do it? I struggle to get to my 10000. I would count all calories burnt. Energy used, is energy used, whether you are at work or the gym. :)

Thanks for the replys all :) I love the age rule, what a great idea for getting kids to eat. I think my man will be served what me and my son have, or he makes his own!

I think a day once a month would be ok. And yes I agree a good way to detox. You could maybe go on a one day juice diet, lots of yummy fresh juices, but that may not be good in regards to amount of calories. I dont think I could get through a day with out eating something, if I did I would have to get away from the family…
