I love apple slice with peanut butter (found an all natural dark chocolate pb thats amazing) sugar free jello snack like pudding or jello greek yogurt nuts protein shake whole grain bread with laughing cow cheese wedge or natural fruit spread btw your snacks should have some carbs some protein and some fat in them.

Sodium for Thursday 1953; Friday 535 and today 686 though i am pretty sure todays amount was actually higher I couldnt find sodium content for the pizza i had at pizza hut...still under 2500 no doubt 30 oblique crunches, 50 reverse crunches and 20 crunches...I noticed a huge difference in my stomach this week!!
