Ha, well played. I think a better comparison would be if people started wearing full cop uniforms...

I must confess he looks like a very fun/great dad!!

Yoga pants are super comfy. Best way to be lazy/comfy around the house and not look like a total slob (like when I wear sweats - I save those for when I'm sick). And most of all, great to work out in! Although I will say I've seen them on the rise as a "fashionable" thing to wear out and about (i.e. to the mall, to a music…

Oh and afterthought, I recommend using free weights as much possible (dumbbells & barbells) - get well acquainted with those, particularly the big lifts (full body compound lifts like bench press, deadlifts, squats). You will get the most "bang for your buck" with those as they work out your whole body.

I think as a male you'll have less people chatting you up, and if anything, they'll be offering advice, or to help spot you. I agree with what the other posters said - no one will judge you, if anything they'll be happy to see you in there working on yourself. Repeating what the others have said; a personal training…

That is GREAT!! Good for you. You should be very proud of yourself :)

So much agreement. I always try to check myself and make sure I'm not doing it. Not only should you be proud to be tall, but slouching looks terrible, and makes you look like you lack confidence. Not to mention when you get older, it will only get worse...

I'm too late for your 10 day deadline, but I really recommend ASOS. It has free shipping & returns, and their ASOS line in particular always flatters. They also have a line of Tall products for us tall women :)

Try tracking your body measurements more than your weight - you might be changing more than you think. Also....imo, quit soda entirely, especially if you hold your weight in your tummy area (like me). 1 a month is one thing, 1 a day could be holding you back from your goals.

High sodium and alcohol can cause a temporary up flux. However, more than likely it's just water. I've read repeatedly that your weight can fluctuate up to 5 lbs a day from water alone. If you think about how much water is constantly entering and leaving your body (drinking, sweating, peeing, etc.) it does make some sense,…

Yeeeeep what all the other ladies said. Exercising 2 hours a day and not eating back any calories, plus it looks like you're eating below your BMR = definitely the reason you're not seeing any change (not to mention it's been only 2 weeks). As another user mentioned, you should be eating 20% under your TDEE, NOT under your…

Try this out, it helps you get a "reality check" about how you really look vs. how you think you look. Someone else posted it on the forums a while back. Size Wise: Know Your Bodyshape www.marisota.co.uk/shop/freeformat/page.action?pageId=7758

Ohmigosh you look GREAT!! Way to go!

Booo I guess they deactivated my response in a similar thread to this and disabled all photos! I'll post again, so apologies if you've already seen them... Hello! I am 5'9" (and some change) tall. I started at around 177 or possibly higher. I'm around 150 right now (I think, need to weigh in because it's been a while), but…

WTG! Congrats :)

Great to hear that you're feeling good!! That's the best motivator to keep going, IMO :)

WTG!! Keep up the hard work, you're doing great!

That is exactly it, it's a daily battle. The struggle is real!!!

Way to go!! Quite the accomplishment :D

Well done!!

Nope. Moderation, look at the ingredients, moderation again. Unless you have a gluten allergy.

Dance! :D You look like fun

Naw, I deadlift. Just cause everyone else at the gym are n00bs doesn't mean you should worry. Deadlifts are one of the main three full body lifts!

I'd recommend making a recipe for it (on MFP under 'Food' on your web browser) - you can measure and log the total ingredients for the salad, then measure out how many portions it serves to get a pretty accurate calorie count :)

You must try one!!
