I have a tendency to not feel hungry after a workout. Like I'll be STARVING but wait to eat (bc eating before working out makes me feel sick during the workout) and then it's time to eat dinner after the work out and I barely have an appetite...so you're definitely not alone!

I lost my initial weight just through calorie deficit with no exercise. I also lost most of my bodacious booty, and have had to gain it back in muscle now that I've take up weight lifting. You can enter your recipes on MFP. Just make sure to measure and weigh (if possible, this is a better way than measuring!) the ingredients! You can still get the nutritional info this way, just takes a small bit of effort on your part. But you can eat so much more this way, and so much better imo :)

I subscribe to the belief that tracking your inches is more important than your weight. Not that you shouldn't monitor it. I weigh myself every 4-5 weeks (one month) and do my measurements a bit more frequently. I always weigh myself after 8 hours of sleep, first thing in the morning!
