I have increased protein, fiber and some fat, eating greens, fruits, lean meats, and I have had less hunger pains. Alot of people on here told me to do that, and it works. I hope that helps.

Yeah!! I've always heard that you should eat a BIG breakfast, a moderate lunch and go lighter at dinner. Sometimes I let myself go with a big dinner, but I'm trying to discipline myself!! lol

I like rice cakes, just not sure if I could "totally" replace bread with them!! lol. I have tried to be good lately by switching from white bread to whole wheat or whole grain bread. I can somehow tell a difference. I like the taste of them too. Thanks for the advice, I need to try me some protein shakes.
