I was diagnosed with IBS back in Elementary school. My doctor told me to eat 2 stalks of celery per day PLAIN. Nothing on it, and drink your 8 glasses of water a day. He said this will help strengthen the bowel.

The lentil soup is 1.5 cups and yes, I measured those out and I also created that recipe. The chicken I also weighed. So yes I weigh some things but not everything. I will try to weigh things more. I have taken a photo and have measured myself, and still no results. I will keep on pushing.

@not_satisfied I feel it in my knees and quads mostly. I have in the past tried looking up at the ceiling and that helps a bit. Body weight squats I find even worse @JenAndSome for leaning forward. My leg day consists of *Squats 3 sets of 10-12 *Deadlifts 3 sets of 10-12 *Kickbacks on the machine 3 sets of 10-12 Some days I do lunges with weights and I will use the assisted pull up bar machine, but instead I press my foot down where your knees would usually go.

Everyone keeps saying "eat at a deficit" however, I'm at 1200 calories already. Is this not the bare minimum a female should be eating a day?

I just ready your "how you did it" post and then took a look at the before and after pics! WAY. TO. GO. GIRL!!! I am just starting to see a tiny tiny tiny difference in my efforts to drop 10-15lbs. I'm in the same boat. I can work out as much as possible, eat healthy and not lose anything in my stomach area... Frustrating! But if anyone has tips, that will be helpful!! :)
