for me it does not necessarily come when i have my TOM, but when i look at my weight it does go in a 4 week cycle, say week 1 is my highest, i will go down the next 3 and then the 5th week it will go back up for a few days. usually goes back to normal for the 6th week.

i am 150# ...well i have not done much for bench press but i did 70 when i did, can squat 150 deadlift about 140....would like to up those numbers a bit....but have not done any of them much...

Turkish Getups for sure, i think to myself this feels strange but it is a good workout! and yes people do often look at me funny when i am doing it too. :P

O do not think that it counts as exercise. unless you are doing something very vigerous, moving furnature perhaps, shoveling snow. something that you would actually break a sweat i guess you could count.

i would totally love to wear a dress like this, but i dont feel like i would ever feel comfortable in it. as i have a LOT of stretch marks, everywhere....some of them are starting to fade, asi have lost 70# but, i still have them, on my sides, and stomach the worst.... :(
