Thanks! I forgot that! I circut train w my trainer 2x/wk for an hour. Run intervals, 30 min. 1-2 wk and take barre class 1-2 wk. On avg......some more or less.

Yes but strength training is going to be a lot more effective. :) why not try Jillian Micheals 30 day Shred video? That is cheap and effective and will give you great results!

Wheat belly (a book) is a good place to start. Doesnt limit all carbs but promotes a clean, wheat free diet. It works. :)

Oh....I'm 5'8.5 and I'm currently 167. I weight train and I fit into my jeans way better then I did at 160! I just want to be a size 6-8 and wear short shorts next summer and then I would feel perfect!!!

I would leave weight out of it! Besides, weight doesn't tell you much, specifically of you are weight training! I would say....I'm done when I can fit into a size 8....or whatever that may be. :)

Another question.....how about a protein shake? We're specifically following the wheat belly idea but I know you are supposed to stay away from processed foods. Does a protein shake count? Any recipes or brands that would be ok?

Mfp suggests 1200 for me as well. Obviously I get more calories if I workout. I eat egg whites and toast in the am or Quaker weight control oatmeal. It fils me up but has very little calories.
