I add blackberries or raspberries (chopped up a bit to release the juices), plus either some walnut pieces or granola for some crunch. I I usually use fresh berries, but if I use frozen, it turns it into an "almost frozen" yogurt!

MFP sets the carb percentage kind of high as the default. You can change it under "goals" to something more reasonable for the carb goals you want. I just had tuna salad (tuna, mayo, green onion and some shredded carrot) with a half an avocado (cubed and mixed in). It was yummy!

Agree with this. Appreciate science-based info to help me skip the grass-clippings and polka-dots. This journey is challenging enough without having to worry about whether I am slowing myself down by skipping breakfast or not combining food correctly.
