I personally love EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. of these things. With the exception of chitlins and pigs feet. Only because I have never actually had them. I have issues with oysters (snot on a half shell...BLEH!!!) and frog legs. My Mom said they "taste like chicken." I'm happy to report that they taste like "frog!"

Ohhh yes okra has to be fried. Boiling it is terrible and looks horrible. Cooking it in the oven is just wrong also. I work in a school cafeteria and they wanted us to start baking everything instead of frying. All i can say okra is not an item to bake...nasty nasty0
