I'm 5'7" weighing at 145, pants size 7-8.

I'm having the same issue. I think it's because I'm drinking less water because it's colder so I end up eating/snacking more when I'm just thirsty. Maybe that's the same issue you're having?

Spaghetti with olive oil, garlic, grated Pecorino Romano, red pepper flakes. I love/miss my pastas so much as I have not eaten it as much as before.

Moderation.

Putting myself on a no-buy this month. So that automatically means no eating out/fast food.

It depends on how active I am that day or if I'm out in the hot weather. I can easily down a liter of water in a hot afternoon walking around town. On a normal day I usually get two liters of water in a 12 hour span if I always have my bottle with me. I find myself drinking more if it's around even if I'm not thirsty. In…

Me too! Been on and off MFP for a few months but really need to get back into this as strongly as I started. SW (Jan2012): 175 CW: 148 GW: 130 Weigh in Dates: 10/1 148 10/8 10/15 10/22 10/31 Total weight lost:

Such an interesting topic. I'm always asked all the common Asian ones: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, ect. but when I tell them I'm Hmong they go "Mongolian?" and I have to tell them it's not a nationality but an ethnicity (Like how China recognizes 56+ ethnic tribes instead of just being plain "Chinese" which is mostly Han…

You look amazing! Congrats on completing the 30DS. Those arms and the collarbone peeking out are my goals! (along with everything else) Thanks for inspiring me to keep up with 30ds. I've been slacking but this really helps motivate me to complete it!

I love my bread/pastas/rice/potatoes! I really tried to eat less rice, but it was driving me insane with more meat/veggies left on the plate. I'm Asian and we eat rice as our meal. The protein and vegetables are side dishes. I've come to a realization that in order for it to work for me, I had to cut back on the other…

This is interesting to see other people's measurements. I haven't measured in a few weeks so here are the latest. I'm 5'7" and mine are: weight: 155lbs bust: 39" waist (the skinniest part): 34.5" around my belly button: 37.5" hips: 37.5" This is the first time in ages where the largest part of my belly is not bigger than…

I was doing the 30day shred until I got sick these past few weeks. I lost most of the inches off my waist by doing that and abdominal twists with weights. Now that I'm better I'm hoping to up the ab twists weights and include more lifting.

For me since I have small breasts, I like tops that are draped around the neck/chest area because it puts the focus on there instead of my waist. I also find I wear a lot of drop waist dresses/tunics (which I wear as a top with jeans). My hips are smaller than my waist so it gives the illusion my torso is the same size as…

Hello fellow apples! I don't have any photos of myself but since I started in January I've lost 5inches in my waist and 20lbs. I too noticed I lost more inches around my waist when strength training. Might have to add it back into my weekly workout again.

Sounds delicious!

For right now I'd be happy with anything lower than 30". In an ideal world, I would love to be 26".

Today is day 3 and already I'm seeing my endurance pick up. :)

Go for it. Dream big! And keep working out and loving yourself.

I am currently around a size 9/10. I would love to be a size 6/7 again. Dream goal is a size 4/5.

Go but eat less? Try eating something small before you go so you'll eat less of the bad food?
-
I like it because it's bouncy instead of spinny. Haven't really felt any benefits from sitting on it. I have started working out with it and that has helped.

Love me some BT. Keeps me going even when I'm dead tired.

Same here. I always ate a lot of veggies and fruits and hardly any junk food. Almost always bought produce and meat instead of boxed stuff. What changed for me when starting MFP was becoming more active again and controlling my portion size. For me to still eat my "normal" foods means still eating pasta/rice, an occasional…

I don't usually eat sandwiches, and when I do it's usually loaded with veggies. For condiments I skip it's only mayo. I still keep ketchup, dijon mustard, and normal relish instead of sweet. 1 tablespoon is usually less than 10calories. I also use siracha (or tabasco) on everything I eat or mix it with equal portion of…

The food. I LOOOOVE my carbs: rice, bread, pasta, pasteries, ect. Healthy food is good, but then I want to eat like 3 times as much as I'm suppose to. I'm pretty good at working out. It takes me a while but once I start working out it's addictive and I can't stop.
