I keep healthy food around at all times and If I crave something bad I might go get it..enjoy it... and go to the gym afterwords and work it off but stop beating myself up about it...It's not too late to get back on track.…

  • I like Newman's Ginger sesame dressing. I also use it on whole wheat pitas stuffed with chicken, spinach and mango salsa.
