I have a large chest size "E" or DD and I am losing weight and I do not want them to do south what can I do to keep them firm as I lose weight. I also been having issues with my sports bras giving me the support I need. I am using Moving Comfort bra right now and I had to remove the wire because the bra was too painful with the wire in it...:noway:

I want to know too. I actually WANT my boobs to get smaller as I lose weight but I don't want them to be saggy and loose. I just want them smaller. I think I'd like to be a C or a D cup. Is there a way to firm them AND make them smaller?0

Add me to the list that hopes this is possible!0

Since they are made of fat tissue, not much control over where they go once the lbs. start dropping off!:brokenheart:
You can continue to do strength training to build up the muscles behind them though.
Perhaps start saving loose change as well? That's what I'm doing!:blushing:

keep yourself well supported during the day and especially during exercise, that will help. we can't control where weight comes off, unfortunately.0

anybody else wear 2 or 3 sports bras while working out? I think that push ups are great and the more you do... the easier they get. Also, that new vibrating dumbell thing might work. I havent tried it yet but it looks like it would do the job if indeed it is effective.0

My chest did not start getting smaller until I started running... then they started getting a lot smaller. I was a 40DDD before and now I am a 34DDD because the cup size is relative to your rib measurement. So even though they are WAY smaller than before it's still a pain in the butt buying bras. I always wear a sports bra underneath a fitness tank top with a built in bra. That seems to do the trick for me. Good luck!0

THey're relatively expensive, but the Last Resort Bra is INCREDIBLE. I have 36 Ds and they DO NOT MOVE when I'm wearing mine!!!!

Edited to add: And there's no underwire in this bra, which is a HUGE plus!0 -
I wear a regular bra and my sports bra. However, both are now too big in the cups.0

Unfortunately I can not sympathize too much as I am very small chested, and smaller with each pound unfortunately. But after nursing two kids, my deflated balloons are looking sad. Something that is helping me is doing push ups. It's building the muscle around the mammaries and actually not allowing them to sink too terribly low. Also slow and steady weight loss instead of drastic and fast will help give your tissue time to adjust slowly while drinking lots of water.
Great job on everyones weight loss.0 -
Thanks!! I will try this0
