After finishing the C2K5, I then downloaded Zenlabs 10K Training programme, which I found really easy after finishing C25K. I'm now using Zenlabs half marathon trainer. I started C25K last March after buying a treadmill. I also do other forms of exercise, too, not just running. I do a lot of HIIT, and bodyweight training :)

Hi, Jillian Michaels (if you don't already know) has her own DVD of Kickbox Fast Fix, and it is brilliant! I'm rubbish with coordination, but picked up the moves really quickly - I do it a couple of times a week now and love it :) - there are three levels that really get your heart rate going!

Wii Fit Plus is what started me off on my weight loss journey! I LOVE it, and still use it to this day. This is what I do for my other half, who is also wanting to gain weight. It makes it sooooooooo much easier by doing this! But I also have the willpower to say NO if he wants to snack on anything at nights :)

No, its just continuous, no time limit, or monthly workouts for X amount of time :) - So you could pair it with something else. I've a lot of her workouts and they are all fab. I love Jillian's workouts You're welcome :) - hope you enjoy it :)

I do believe it can be lack of water. My Dad suffers with it a lot, he takes quinine tablets from his Dr's, but you can get quinine out of tonic water - bananas are also good :)

I think its up to what the individual wants to do! If they don't want their diary Public, then so be it! They still get the same support from me.. Maybe they dont need anyone else to keep them accountable to what they are eating each day!

If you're looking for a short workout and to burn a load of calories, then I would recommened the 30 Day Shred. It only takes 30 minutes a day and produces great results :)

Well done - its a fantastic feeling to lose again after hitting a plateau :D I got out of mine by zizagging my calories, but I also started to do Jillian Michaels workouts, too. As an above poster said: I wish more people would realize this; eating more def works :)
