So I am only eight days into RI30, and having not worked out for years, I am still on week 1. I am doing it every day that I can, with no more than one day off at a time. Yesterday was my third day of RI30. I did MUCH better than I did the first day, even though I still had to pause a couple (well more like five) times. I'm excited to do todays workout. Good luck all!

Today was my day 2 also, and I thought I noticed a difference in my endurance as well. I was pretty sure that must have been in my head, until I read your post. Good luck and keep up updated!

Today was my W1 D2 of Ripped. I haven't worked out like this in years. Needless to say, I'm feeling it today. :o)
