Friend me... I deal with depression daily and I could use all the support I can get. I need to lose over 150lbs and I've learned that I am my own worst enemy.. hmmm.. well, I've played Criminal Case on Facebook, read about 1/3 of a new book I ordered on Amazon Kindle app for my iphone, cleaned my emails, took a long lunch break to have Mexican with my hubby and daughter, picked up my new glasses and played on MFP & facebook. Oh, wait - were you talking about actual work????

My bicycle!!!! I felt like such a kid when I woke up and found a bike under the tree from my husband for Christmas! Complete with a big red bow and sparkly handlebar tassles.. :-) I can't wait to go out on it!

I love my Curry Chicken & Rice.. take frozen chicken tenderloins, sprinkle with curry powder, paprika, and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Mine used to be about 25lbs less than my weight but now I'm about 5 lbs below it. My husband laughed when I made it to the actual weight on my drivers license because I told him that I'm at my "legal weight" now... He looked confused until I showed him my drivers license.. lol:laugh:
