45 here, feel free to add me (anyone, not just the OP). I could use the motivation. This is my second go 'round. I lost about 12 lbs. the first time and quit...laziness. I started back on Monday and am determined to stick with it!

Count me in, my daughter is graduating high school on the 9th and I would LOVE to lose a good bit of weight by then! I'll be doing 30DS, running, Zumba, Wii fit, and when done w/30DS I'll probably switch to RI30. We'll see.

Hi Sharon, I'll be 46 in December as well. You are right, it's getting harder and harder to get the weight off, but it can be done and I am determined to get it off. Welcome to MFP, good luck with your journey!
