    I would love to join the group! I don't know exactly where to start working out. I don't feel like I am working out if I don't sweat a lot or feel sore so then I end up giving up. Please give me any advice thank you.

    I'm going to up my minutes a bit this month. Still limited to walking for the next 2 weeks. I don't mind walking outside, but I really do not like mall walking (also adds another hour for driving back and forth) Right now, the weather here is so changeable and I can't count on being able to get out.

    Wow had to go back a ways to find my Monday post. This is such an active challenge! Lot's of work for you Mollie, Thanks again. Hope all are having an active week. I am half way to goal so far.
